Recourses are not applied optimally within engineering projects. Today's world is far more complex and interconnected than it was a few years ago. As project procedures have not been updated with all of the opportunities in the new world, the full potential of these projects is not achieved. Specialized products, competences and services, for example, have each lost their connection to the broad purpose as there is no applicable overview in the endless number of possibilities. Results of this lost connection manifest in long tedious meetings, missed deadlines, mediocre solutions and all other kinds of frustration. This means that our society might not resolve significant world challenges, while it is possible to do so.
The specialized society must therefore be realigned in its broader context. We have devised various ideas that will change the way people think about resource use. The NMVR method is a free access principle that contains a foundation for this thinking. It is a step-by-step analysis, research, design and application plan where problems are solved with a central overview of specializations. Further understanding in the application field is required to get the most out of the NMVR method. That is why the use of our NMVR basis method is also explained within and to expertise areas. Broadening knowledge, specific principles and examples are then given. For the design and use of technology this is done in our dense, but simple written and complete book: “The specialization of broad engineering”. The principle could be extended to a wider community later on.
Our mission is to improve the integration of everyday life. We believe that anything is possible when challenges are addressed correctly. Extend your competencies and apply available resources to maximize your results.
