The Challenge

49 out of 53 e-waste processing factories in Europe had to deal with a big fire in the past year, due to battery containing waste ending up at the wrong place. Currently this process is relying heavily on man power.

The Solution

We want to create an AI system that is able to sort battery containing waste from non-battery containing waste in an E-waste stream, so that the process of handling e-waste becomes safer and more efficient.
